Assignment # 1 – Drawing Signs in Illustrator
An icon is a simplified way to show an object or an idea. It is used as a symbol or a sign, representing the original form it stands for.
As a way to begin to familiarize yourself with Illustrator, recreate the following four signs using the program. Try to make your signs as true to the original as possible, both colorwise and proportionally.
Click on each sign to enlarge it and drag the larger image into your flash drive. Open the image in illustrator, create a new layer and retrace the signs.
